Frequently asked questions 💬
Is THE ONE FAN official BTS?
No. It's an independent project made by and for fans, with no affiliation with BTS, HYBE or BIGHIT MUSIC.
Does it cost anything to join the ranking?
No. Joining and competing is free. If you want, you can buy extra points to climb — it's optional.
What if I'm under 13?
You can't sign up. It's the platform's minimum age, with no exceptions.
What if I'm between 13 and 17?
You can build your full profile, but it isn't published until your parent or guardian authorizes it by email. That person also decides whether your photos are shown and whether you can buy points (with a spending cap), and can revoke the permission at any time.
Why isn't my profile showing yet?
Adult profiles are published as soon as they're created. If you're between 13 and 17, your profile is published once your parent or guardian authorizes it and our team reviews it. If that's you, check that your guardian received the email.
How is the monthly winner chosen?
Automatically, with no manual decision: whoever spent the most time at #1 during the month wins, and the donation goes to a shelter in their country. On the Cause page you can watch the race live.
Rules we care about 🛡️
